February 2002, initially established to mainly cater for the transportation needs of Richbill Freight Services Sdn. Bhd. as one of the appointed lead-logistic providers of Proton Holdings Sdn. Bhd. The need for reliable transport and logistic services within Malaysia soon saw the company grow to cater for the needs of non-automotive customers as well.
